Custom Dumbbell Sets

At No Pain No Gain Fitness Ltd, we are proud to offer a wide range of fixed dumbbell sets. We have many sets listed, but we can also create custom sets to suit your exact requirements. Simply choose any dumbbell sizes you’d like from the ranges below.

Pro-Style Dumbbells

The plates are of solid cast iron construction which ensures durability.  The solid chrome-plated dumbbells feature knurled handles for enhanced grip.  Each dumbbell is equipped with 8mm alan key ends to securely fasten the weights.

The figures are rounded down weights, each dumbbell technically weighs slightly more due to the handle weight.  Your set will come dismantled for shipping purposes with an 8mm Alan key to construct it for an additional £1.99.

-0-299kg: £2 per kg with used handles, £2 per kg + handle cost with new handles.
-300kg+: £1.75 per kg with used handles or £2 per kg + handle cost with new handles.

Please note: the plates are used but refurbished, so the paintwork may vary slightly from that shown in the images. Used handles (free of charge aside from shipping), which may show signs of rust or slight bending.

Hex Dumbbells 

Designed with a durable rubber-coated hexagonal shape, these dumbbells minimize rolling when placed on the ground, ideal for safety and convenience during workouts.  

Each dumbbell features a solid ergonomically shaped metal handle with a durable chrome-plated finish, complete with knurled grips for enhanced handling and control.

Collection/delivery costs

Please note that our hex dumbbells are a delivery only item shipped from an external warehouse.
Delivery rates are below although smaller sets may cost less than this to ship, we can advise you of the relevant cost when placing your order.

Our Pro-Style Dumbbells can be collected from our Sheffield Distribution Centre (see Shipping & Returns page for details)
However they can also be delivered at the following rates below.  A £17.50 fulfilment fee applies to all collection and delivery orders other than smaller sets which follow alternative fulfilment/shipping costs.

If ordering with used handles the weight of the handles is generally around 1kg per plate it holds.
So for example SDH1 handles which hold 2.5-10kg are around 1kg, SDH2 handles which hold 12.5-20kg are around 2kg, and so on, but we’re happy to calculate all this for you when processing your order.

The delivery costs are based on pallet service for the dumbbells; if pallet delivery is not suitable, additional charges may apply.
