Established in Wolverhampton in 2021, we began with humble beginnings when our founder, Patrick, poured his passion, industry knowledge, and his blood, sweat and tears into building the business you see today.  Our name is not only a nod to the well-known bodybuilding catchphrase, but also a perfect reflection of the dedication and story behind our journey.

Today, we operate from two distribution centres in Birmingham and Sheffield, and our products are available on Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, and Shpock.  We continue to grow, partnering with other companies and suppliers, and expanding our product range.  Our vision is to become an internationally recognised brand by 2030.
