The standard 1” hole size and slim 20mm profile of the Pro-Style Weight Plates makes them also perfectly compatible for use with our other standard 1” products.
The solid chrome dumbbells feature knurled handles for enhanced grip.  Each dumbbell is equipped with 2x spin-locks to effortlessly secure the weight.  

Please note that the 5kg plates are used but refurbished. Therefore although we spend a lot of time and effort with the paint-job, it may vary slightly to that pictured.  55kg is a rounded up weight, each dumbbell at max weight technically weighs approximately 44.7kg.
