The standard 1” hole size and slim 20mm profile of the Pro-Style Weight Plates makes them also perfect for use on all of our standard 1” products.

The chrome-plated dumbbells are constructed from solid steel and feature knurled handles for enhanced grip. Each dumbbell is equipped with two spin-lock collars, allowing for quick and easy adjustment while keeping the plates securely in place.

Please note that these plates are used but refurbished.  Therefore the paint-job may vary slightly to that pictured.  20kg is a rounded up weight, each dumbbell at max weight technically weighs approximately 49.2kg
