The Olympic 2” hole size and slim profile of these Weight Plates makes them perfectly compatible for use with our Olympic 2” barbells and a great addition to any of our Olympic 2” barbell sets.

The Tri-Grip design also allows these plates to be used on their own for a variety of exercises similar to a dumbbell or kettlebell. 

The solid cast iron construction of these plates ensures durability and features a rubber coating for floor protection and increased grip.

The solid steel, chrome plated dumbbell bars feature knurled handles for enhanced grip and rotating ends for perfect weight distribution.

*Please note that 45kg is a rounded up weight and the dumbbells actually weight approximately 44.5kg each at max weight.
