These plates feature an Olympic 2” hole size and a slim profile, making them fully compatible with all of our Olympic 2” barbells. Approximate diameter - thickness of each plate are as follows:
10kg (30cm - 2.6cm)
5kg (24cm - 2.1cm)
2.5kg (20cm - 1.4cm)
1.25kg (16.5cm - 1.3cm)

The tri-grip design allows for easy handling and enables these plates to be used independently for a variety exercises.  Including rows, curls, or weighted carries, similar to a dumbbell or kettlebell.
Crafted from solid cast iron, each plate is built for long-term durability and finished in a scratch-resistant hammerstone enamel coating that helps maintain its appearance through regular use.

 All of our barbell options feature a solid steel construction with fine knurling for enhanced grip, along with smooth rotating ends mounted on either bushings or needle bearings for optimal weight distribution and lifting performance.
Our chrome barbells are finished in durable chrome plating, while coloured variants feature a tough powder-coated finish available in a range of colours.
